Rohit Sharma became just the second Indian batter to record 7000 runs in the IPL during the 2025 Eliminator between Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans on Friday.
The former India T20 captain scored a half-century while opening for MI in New Chandigarh, becoming only the second batter after Virat Kohli to reach the landmark.
Rohit has amassed these runs over 271 matches for Deccan Chargers and MI, averaging just under 30, with a highest score of 109 not out.
